Whenever you step into one of Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa's restaurants, you know you're in for a treat. The menu here is endlessly inventive, divided between the "classic" (such as his not-to-be-missed Black Cod with Miso) and the "now" (Lobster Tempura Truffle Amazu, anyone?).
