Tucked into a corner of the panoramic glass lobby of the IBM building on the northwest corner of East 56th Street and Madison Avenue, Obicà (founded in Rome in 2004 by Silvio Ursini) serves the freshest Italian mozzerella in its forms: pastas, salads, pizzas, and even a "mozzerella sampler" platter.
