A homage to beef in all its iterations, Quality Meats--occupying a lovely space on the north side of West 58th Street--has been wowing diners with its decor, presentation, and food since 2006; the Double Rib Steak for two is perhaps the highlight, although with such an excellent oyster selection and a wide range of appetizers, everyone can find something to tuck in with.
